No venue in Bali currently offers a water touch. Earlier versions of this page said otherwise.
What comes with a tandem booking
- Hotel transfers
- Air-conditioned, both ways, for two — Seminyak, Kuta, Legian and Sanur pickup zones.
- Safety briefing
- Run by the operator before anything is fitted. Ask which standard they work to.
- The jump
- One tandem jump at the venue you booked, within their combined weight limit.
- Equipment
- Dual-harness system and inspected latex cords, chosen against your combined weight.
- Refreshments
- Coconut water or a cold drink at the lounge afterwards, which you will want.
- Certificate
- Named for both of you. People keep these, which is why we print them properly.
02 — The afternoon
How the day runs
The afternoon session. There is a morning one on the same shape, with a 09:00 pickup.

Your driver reaches the hotel lobby. Seminyak, Kuta, Legian or Sanur.

Reception
Arrival at the Kuta office. Waivers, health declarations and the weigh-in for both of you.

Briefing and gear
One-on-one with your jump master, then the dual harness goes on and gets checked twice.

Up the tower
Forty-five metres. This is the part where one of you goes quiet.

The jump
Freefall, then the rebound and the recovery as the operator briefed it.

Refreshments, the certificate, and the footage if you bought it.

With time before dinner, which is the point of the afternoon slot.
Pickup times are the fixed points; everything between them moves with the size of the wave ahead of you.

Tandem works out cheaper per person than two solo jumps. That is not why anyone books it, but it is true. Figures dated 1 August 2026.

05 — Booking
How a pair of slots is held
Both names, one booking.
If one of you pulls out at the platform the other can still jump solo, and we settle the difference then rather than arguing about it in advance.
What is the combined weight limit?
Set by the operator and different at each venue, so we confirm it in writing before you pay. The pair is weighed at check-in and the cord chosen from that reading.
Is there a water touch?
No, and it is not even offered everywhere — it is a Sanur option, decided at the platform against the tide. Say no and the jump master rigs you short.
What should we wear?
Clothes you can move in and closed or strapped shoes. No skirts or dresses. Everything loose comes off before you go up, for both of you.
How is this different from a cliff jump?
Not every venue offers tandem, and the rigs differ. Tell us who is jumping and we will confirm which of the operators can take a pair on your date.
What if one of us backs out?
That happens more often than people expect and nobody makes a thing of it. The other can go solo, and we settle the difference on the day.
