01 — The short answer

What a jump costs

From the quoted price per person. Most people end up between the quoted price and the quoted price once footage and a transfer are in.

The fixed part

The briefing, all equipment, the jump, a locker and the certificate. Identical for everyone at the same site, and not reducible.

The variable part

Which site, solo or tandem, whether you buy footage, and how far a driver has to come. Four choices, and all four are yours.

What is not a cost

No booking fee, no platform fee, nothing to pay for asking. The 50% deposit comes out of the price rather than sitting on top of it.

This page explains the number. The price list states it, line by line, without the argument.

02 — The parts

What each part costs

Per person unless the row says otherwise. Every figure is a starting price, not a quote.

03 — In or out

What the price already covers

The left column is the jump. The right column is everything a reasonable person might assume is included and is not.

In the price

  • The safety briefing and the health declaration
  • Cord, harness and helmet, fitted and checked
  • Two weigh-ins and two independent harness checks
  • The jump, the rebound and the recovery
  • A locker for phone, wallet and anything loose
  • Drinking water and a completion certificate
  • Recovery, exactly as the operator runs it

Priced separately

  • Footage of any kind — wrist camera, drone, edits
  • Transfers from outside the core Seminyak and Kuta zone
  • Tandem, which is quoted as a pair
  • A second jump on the same day
  • The Nusa Penida crossing if you arrange the day yourself
  • Shirts, caps and anything else with a logo on it

Nothing in the left column can be dropped to make a jump cheaper. It is not a package around the jump; it is the jump.

04 — Why this much

What the fixed part actually buys

Most of it is consumed before you arrive. A good operator retires cords on a fixed jump count rather than running them to failure, which is well inside the working life the number would allow — that is a deliberate cost, taken on the same cord the industry commonly runs to 500.The rest is staffing. Two people weigh you and two people check the harness, because a single set of eyes is how the one mistake that matters gets made. Sessions are capped so the wave ahead finishes before yours starts, which caps how many jumps a day can pay for the crew standing on it.

What moves the number

Which site
The widest single lever. Sanur is the floor, Nusa Penida the ceiling, and the gap is a boat and most of a day rather than a better jump.
Time of day
Late-afternoon and sunset slots sit at the top of each band and sell out first. A morning slot at the same site is the cheapest way to jump.
Solo or tandem
Tandem is quoted per pair, so per head it lands close to two solos. You are paying for the setup, not the second person.
Group size
Six and up moves the per-head rate. Corporate bookings are quoted as an event, with the tower held rather than shared.
Footage
The one add-on almost everyone buys and the easiest to skip. A wrist camera is the cheap end; drone work is a separate crew.
Where you stay
Inside the core Seminyak and Kuta zone the transfer is free. From Ubud or the east coast it is priced by distance, both ways.

05 — Questions

Asked about the money

See every line item
Is the deposit on top of the price?

No. The deposit is 50% of the jump price and the balance is the other half, settled at the desk. Nothing is added for paying in two parts.

Can I pay in dollars or euros?

You can pay with a foreign card, but the charge is made in rupiah and your bank converts it. We do not set that rate and cannot quote what will land on your statement.

Is a second jump cheaper?

On the same day, yes — the cord is already rigged for your weight and you have already been briefed. Ask at the desk rather than booking it in advance; it depends on how full the session is.

Do I have to buy the photos?

No, and about one jumper in six does not. Phones stay in the locker, though, so declining footage means leaving with none.

What if we are stood down for weather?

You rebook or the deposit comes back in full. There is no admin fee for a call the crew made.

Ask for a figure

Send a date, a headcount and which site. You get a fixed price back, not a range, and there is no charge for asking.
